5th Annual Native American Pow Wow - Spruce Pine

Pow Wow features demonstrators, dancing, drumming, singing, story telling, tee pees, flint knapping, and music. Handmade crafts and Native American food also available.

From Asheville take I-26 north to exit 9. Follow US 19E 30 miles to Spruce Pine. Turn South on Hwy 226 South, and go 2.5 miles. Pow Wow is on left.From the east, take I-40 to Exit 86 and follow Hwy 226 N to Spruce Pine. After crossing under the Blue Ridge Parkway bridge, go 2.5 miles, Pow Wow will be on right.
