The fully supported 50 mile ride around the island begins at 8:00 am from the Western Public Beach Access and is a training ride for the September fundraiser, Ride Without Limits (www.ridewithoutlimits.org). The training ride is free for all participants. The 4th Annual Ride Without Limits bike tour is the ultimate road trip that allows cyclists to choose from three route options each day (38, 64 or 100 miles), or whatever distance they can ride. The two day event begins at ends each day at Camp Kanata in Wake Forest, NC. The event is fully supported and riders can stay on site at Camp Kanata (first 250 registered receive free cabins at the camp). The 2010 Ride Without Limits will take place on September 18 and 19.
